Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pk85" refers to the online gaming and betting platform operated at pk85.net, including all associated services, products, software, and interfaces.
• "Platform" means the pk85 website, mobile-optimised site, and any software or application made available to players.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk85 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on pk85 through which all gaming, betting, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's pk85 Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits where noted.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account in accordance with an active pk85 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process pk85 uses to confirm that all registered players meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which pk85 processes deposits, withdrawals, and account balances.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pk85 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk85 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules applicable to the products you use.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk85. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the pk85 Platform and must not register an Account.

pk85 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pk85 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pk85, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk85 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be accessing pk85 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of pk85 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from any online gambling platform or subject to any court-ordered or regulatory restriction on gambling activity.

pk85 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pk85 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) pk85 Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid email address, your date of birth, and your preferred PKR payment method. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk85 login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. pk85 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact pk85 support immediately via live chat.

pk85 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk85 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk85 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pk85 Account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. pk85 does not impose a processing fee on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the pk85 cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from a fully verified (KYC-complete) Account. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on that Account, unless pk85 support has approved an alternative method in writing. Approximate processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa / SadaPay: Typically under 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• HBL / UBL Bank Transfer: Typically 1–3 business hours during PKT banking hours.
• USDT TRC20: Typically within 30 minutes, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

pk85 reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of verification checks. Players with outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds may not withdraw the bonus portion of their balance until those requirements have been fully met.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on pk85 — including cricket betting, sports wagering, live casino games, and slot play — is subject to the general rules set out in these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on pk85, you acknowledge that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk85 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by pk85's systems and licensed RNG (Random Number Generator) software, as applicable. All RNG systems are independently audited for fairness.
• pk85 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or settled as a result of a technical error, data feed error, or manifest odds pricing error. In such circumstances, stakes are returned to the player's Account.
• pk85 may impose individual or market-wide stake limits at its discretion. Such limits may be applied without prior notice.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the Cricket section of the Platform.

All gaming decisions made by pk85's systems are final. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with pk85 support within 30 days of the relevant event.

Bonuses & Promotions

pk85 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonus offers are available to players aged 21 and over only, subject to full KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer terms. Bonus Funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without replacement.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• pk85 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have accepted an offer in good faith.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of duplicate accounts, collusion, use of betting strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements without genuine risk — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in Account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pk85 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, the forfeiture of Account balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on pk85 under any identity, email address, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt practice in relation to sporting events offered on pk85.
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other software to interact with the pk85 Platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or unlawful financial activity through the pk85 cashier.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk85 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pk85 Platform — including but not limited to the pk85 brand name, logo, website design, software, game assets, text, graphics, data feeds, and any other material — is the exclusive property of pk85 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk85 Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pk85 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any pk85 software.
• Use the pk85 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or commercial association without written consent from pk85.

Privacy & Data

pk85 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the pk85 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk85 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the conditions of pk85's gaming licence.

All data transmitted between your device and pk85 servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant gateways and is not stored in readable form on pk85 systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk85 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the pk85 Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof due to technical failures, maintenance, or events beyond pk85's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.
• Any third-party content, products, or services accessible through or in connection with the pk85 Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pk85's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. pk85's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

pk85 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity.
• A request from a law enforcement authority, regulatory body, or payment processor.
• Discovery that a player is under the age of 21.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pk85 is entitled to withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, withdrawable real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact pk85 support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance will be returned to the player's last used PKR payment method after closure.

Responsible Gaming

pk85 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and pk85 actively works to prevent problem gambling from developing among its registered players.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pk85 players at no charge and without any restriction on their use:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pk85 Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months.

Amendments to These Terms

pk85 may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or the operation of core platform features — pk85 will provide registered players with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice via email or a prominently displayed in-platform notification.

Non-material amendments, such as clarifications to existing clauses, corrections of typographical errors, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law, may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the pk85 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact pk85 support to arrange the withdrawal of any real-money balance and the closure of your Account.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and pk85 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the pk85 support team via live chat. The support team will attempt to resolve your complaint within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate it in writing to the pk85 compliance team at [email protected], marked as "Formal Complaint". pk85 will issue a final written response within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Licence Dispute Resolution: If you remain unsatisfied after exhausting the internal complaint process, you may refer your complaint to the independent dispute resolution body associated with pk85's gaming licence.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk85 holds its international gaming licence. You agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms, to the extent permitted by the laws of your own jurisdiction.
